Supporting the Food Bank All Year

Supporting the Food Bank All Year

Fighting hunger in Los Angeles County is a year-round job. Learn how you can join the fight.

For over 50 years, the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank has been fighting hunger in LA County, working towards its vision that no one goes hungry in our County. Without the community’s generosity and our hundreds of partner agencies, the Food Bank could not reach hundreds of thousands of individuals seeking food assistance each month.

Food assistance is needed year-round, not just during the holidays or emergencies. By supporting the Food Bank throughout the year, you’re helping put food on our neighbors’ tables when they need it most. The following are ways you can get involved.

Donate Monthly

Donating to the Food Bank monthly is the easiest way to get involved. Because the Food Bank is a highly efficient organization, 96% of your donation goes directly to programs that support our neighbors. Once you’ve set up your monthly donation, there’s nothing else to do. You can visit our Giving Service Center if you need to update the amount to your monthly gift. Start your Monthly Giving>

Attend Food Bank Events

Every year, the Food Bank hosts three events to raise awareness of the importance of fighting hunger in LA County.

A Million Reasons

A Million Reasons is held over the summer in a private home in the Hollywood Hills, and it includes food from superstar chefs in LA, as well as a special performance by exclusive artists. Learn more about A Million Reasons>

Taste of the Rams

Taste of the Rams is among the top Food Bank events of the year. Held at SoFi Stadium, home of the Los Angeles Rams, attendees can mingle among their favorite Rams players while enjoying delicious food and desserts prepared by renowned chefs. Learn more about Taste of the Rams>
