Gian Caterina

The logo of "Antojitos Cocina Mexicana" in Los Angeles showcases a red circular design with a bold letter "A" and a star at the center, reflecting its commitment to the community much like the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank. The outer circle proudly displays "ANTOJITOS COCINA MEXICANA" in uppercase.

I am originally from Brazil, half Italian, quarter Japanese and a quarter a combination of ethnicities. I was born loving and respecting food, consequentially choosing this path as my career. I moved to the United States for high school in South Florida. I ended up moving to California, where I achieved my culinary degree. I have been married for nearly fifteen years and have an eleven-year-old son. I have cooked in restaurants in Brazil and worked at Universal Orlando for six years.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with the family and watching my son playing basketball. Besides cooking, my other passions are surfing, training jiu-jitsu and playing sports.
