Chef Dustin LeeChimmelier was born out of a shared obsession for perfecting Korean fried chicken, brought to life by Dustin Lee, Kevin Son and Jeff Jun April 2021. What began as a playful experiment quickly ignited into a full-fledged culinary movement, with the trio infusing every pop-up, food festival, and music event with their inventive, flavor-packed creations. Their relentless pursuit of the ultimate fried chicken experience struck a chord with the community, transforming Chimmelier from a passion project into a thriving brand. The opening of their first brick-and-mortar location marked a significant milestone, solidifying their reputation as culinary innovators. As they prepare to launch their second outpost in the dynamic Melrose Art District, Kevin, Dustin, and Jeff are more driven than ever to spread the Chimmelier gospel, bringing their signature flavors to new neighborhoods and continuing their mission to redefine what great food can be.
