Chimmelier was born out of a shared obsession for perfecting Korean fried chicken, brought to life by Dustin Lee, Kevin Son and Jeff Jun April 2021. What began as a playful experiment quickly ignited into a full-fledged culinary movement, with the trio infusing every pop-up, food festival, and music event with their inventive, flavor-packed creations. Their relentless pursuit of the ultimate fried chicken experience struck a chord with the community, transforming Chimmelier from a passion project into a thriving brand. The opening of their first brick-and-mortar location marked a significant milestone, solidifying their reputation as culinary innovators.
